RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at 88 Strtwr we take pride in customer satisfaction, and want you to be fully content with your purchase.
Due to the nature of our brand please take into consideration that all Sales are Final and we do not accept Returns.
However if you are not happy with your Purchase we do
Accept Exchanges under these circumstances:
To be Eligible for an Exchange:
- All Exchange Requests must be made
within 10 days of you receiving your order.
- You must provide your Reason for the Exchange
since all Sales are Final.
- For your Exchange Request to be Accepted,
All items must be in its Original Condition, Unworn, Unmarked,
Unwashed with Original Tags still Attached.
If the Standard of the Product does Not Comply with these Terms your
Exchange Request will be Rejected.
- You are Responsible for All Shipping Costs
of the Exchange. The Item Purchased must be returned
using a 'Tracked' Service and Proof of Postage must be kept,
E.g - Shipping Receipt.
- You will be Contacted via Email, Regarding the Acceptance
of your Exchange Request and the Shipment of the Replaced Item.
- You will also be Notified via Email,
If your Exchange Request has been Denied
Which will Result in the original Item being Shipped Back.
Exchanges are Not Accepted For:
- Sale Items
- Out Of Stock Products
- Final Sale Products
- Products has been Worn/Damaged/Marked,
or had Tags Removed.
PLEASE CONSIDER THAT WE WON'T BE ABLE TO RESELL USED/ DAMAGED OR MARKED ITEMS. WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE FOLLOW THESE TERMS IN OUR POLICY, AS IT HELPS TO REDUCE THE RISK OF WASTE.

Please also take into consideration that we check for any Manufacturing faults, before Packaging and Shipping your order and we pack each Order with care, If there's an issue with Shipping or you've received Damaged Items, This will be down to the Courier and you will have to reach out to them regarding your parcel.
